At Sneaqx, we strive to provide high-quality footwear and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you can return or exchange products.

Return Policy

Please note that we do not accept returns. If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with the size, we will offer an exchange based on the conditions listed below.

Exchange Conditions

  • Contact Us Within 24 Hours: You must request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer service via Call or WhatsApp at +91.
  • Parcel Opening Video: To request an exchange, you must provide a video of you opening the parcel. If you do not have this video, we will be unable to process your exchange.

Exchange Scenarios:

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Products:
    • We will exchange these items at no cost to you, including shipping.
  2. Size Exchanges:
    • If the size issue is our mistake (wrong size sent), we will cover the shipping costs for both return and the replacement item.
    • If the size issue is not our mistake (the correct size was delivered but does not fit), you will be responsible for both the return and new item shipping costs.

Conditions for All Exchanges:

  • All items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and labels attached.
  • You are required to ship the product yourself using India Post. We will provide the return address once the exchange request is approved.

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Necessary Information: You will need to provide the following details:
    • Registered mobile number on Sneaqx
    • Registered name on Sneaqx
    • Alternative mobile number
    • Parcel opening video
    • 4-5 clear photos of the product from different angles
  3. Shipping the Product: After you receive approval for the exchange, securely pack the item in its original packaging. You must ship the product via India Post within 2 days of the exchange approval. Share the shipping details with us.

Shipping Costs:

  • If the product is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping charges.
  • If the size error is due to customer error, the customer will be responsible for both return and replacement shipping costs.

Processing the Exchange

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange criteria.
  • Please allow us 3 business days to dispatch the replacement product once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • You will be notified via WhatsApp or call once your exchange order is dispatched.
